Blue and Gold

Here is a design I recently did with gold that I took a chance to pair with blue. Sally Hansen “Go Gold” and butter London “Keks” (favorite blue ever!) with a stripy gold accent. Personally, I liked how the metallic gold went with the semi-matte blue.

Also, this is one of the few times that my striping tape didn’t go crazy and lift up the base color. I know, maybe I’m not waiting long enough for dry time, but I swear it’s dry!! Striping tape was never my friend and that’s saying a lot because I have a lifetime supply of it.
